Shipping policy
REGULAR SHIPPING POLICY:
CANADA
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding special order items. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
- Orders shipping to addresses within Canada will be sent via the carrier of our choice, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Most orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service.
- If “no signature required” is requested by the customer, any loss of goods will then become the responsibility of the recipient.
- Shipping rates are as follows for orders less than 5kg to non-remote areas:
- Region 1: AB, BC $15 + TAX (under 1 kg) or $25 + TAX (1-4kg)
- Region 2: MB, SK, ON, QE, YT: $23 + TAX (under 1kg) or $33 + TAX (1-4kg)
- Region 3: NB, NL, NS, PEI, Nunavut, NWT $27 + TAX (under 1kg) or $37 + TAX (1-4kg)
- Additional shipping surcharges may apply for orders over 4kg. A quote will be provided prior to shipping.
Shipping Policy During Canada Post Job Action
In the unlikely event of Canada Post job action, our normal delivery times and shipping fees would be affected.
- Alternate shipping methods will be utilized which may delay delivery and increase shipping fees for retail and wholesale orders
- Alternative couriers are unable to ship to PO boxes
- For apartment deliveries, package notices may be left outside if foyer access is unavailable
